Illustrator Text to Vector not working

Question

Everytime I input text into the promt area, whether for a scene or subject, Illustrator will attempt to produce something and then a red box will appear saying "something went wrong". I have uninstalled and reinstalled Illustrator, made sure the program was up to date, and nothing has worked. The Text to Vector will not work. I am running the newest version of Illustrator on a MaBook Air, using macOS Big SUR Version 11.7.10, with a 1.3 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5, 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3, macOS, Intel HD Graphics 5000 1536.

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with the new Text to Vector Graphics tool. The product team is aware of the issue and is currently working on a fix.
