Illustrator tool bars are trimmed

Sorry for the delay in response. We've recently released version 28.6, which includes multiple bug fixes. Could you please let us know if you're still experiencing the same issue with this update? If the problem persists, it would be helpful if you could provide a few more details:

• Which operating system are you using?
• When did the issue start? Did it occur after any OS update or app installation like antivirus/ web extentions etc?

With the dark UI your video is close to illegible. A screenshot in the light UI will work better.

also: please tell us your system and hardware specifications.
