I am noticing the hover tooltip on the Illustrator toolbar will randomly pop up on different tools. Sometimes when opening a new file and sometimes it just happens while working. I don't notice a pattern unfortunately but it is a little annoying when working. Version 29.6.1

Go into your Illustrator settings General section and deselect the option "Show Tool Tips". Then quit the program to finalize the settings change. When you reopen Illustrator that change should become the default. You may have to make the change with no documents open for it to work universally.
