Illustrator tools missing every time

I'm using Adobe Illustrator v24.3 Every time I open the application the tools bar are missing and the window panel are also missing everytime. I set my workspace and evety time this also reset automatic. I don't get the solution for stable this tool bar and window menu.

Try this:

  • open Illustrator
  • set your workspace how you want it to look. 
  • click the "Workspace" menu in the top menu bar
  • click "New Workspace". Give your workspace a name in the dialog.
  • close any open documents.
  • quit illustrator.
  • open Illustrator

Are the tools still hidden? If so, press tab. Are they still hidden?
