Illustrator travando - Macbook

Meu Illustrator não abre os arquivos, quando clico em qualquer arquivo ele trava, não abre nada ai eu sou obrigado a força ele a fechar. Já está atualizado tanto o Illustrator como o OS, alguém pode me ajudar?

Try resetting Illustrator preferences.

To restore preferences quickly using a keyboard shortcut -

Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Windows) or Option+Command+Shift (macOS) as you start Illustrator. You are prompted to delete the current settings. The new preferences files are created the next time you start Illustrator.

What did not work?

You set up a PDF printer? Connected a printer?

What is happening? Is there an error warning? Or does it just not open?

Which version, which system?

If the files are on a network, please first copy them to your harddisk.

If you don't have a printer connected and turned on, connect one and turn it on.

Also: check your fonts.

check all third party plugins that might be installed.

There is no third-party plugin, everything is up to date, the illustrator and the MacOs.

And Illustrator CC2018.1?

Do you have a printer connected?

Are your files on a network or in a synched folder?
