Yesterday I downloaded the trial for illustrator and was told i had a 7 days trial however today I went to use it and was told my trial was over, but it is the first time i'm using it so i don't get how my trial is over after less than 24 hours
what do i do ?
Yes but still nothing still says trail expired
There are other threads in the forum with similar issues of the trial period ending too soon. Suggestions range from installing the trial on another computer to logging out of CC and then back in. You can read a bit more about this issue here:
