Question

Illustrator unable to install on Windows 11 23H2 due to compatibility issue

I will publish said complaint in Spanish.

I bought Adobe Illustrator for college and after paying when I downloaded the app it told me it wasn't compatible with my operating system (W11 23H2). When they released a version for Windows 11, 23H2, I lost my money buying an outdated program that isn't compatible with the most up-to-date versions. I need a solution or a refund. If anyone in the community knows a complaint channel I would appreciate the help.

Hi @naomi_4921,

I'm really sorry to hear about the trouble you're facing with Illustrator on your Windows 11 (23H2) system. I understand how frustrating it can be, especially when you've purchased the software for your studies.

Could you please try uninstalling Creative Cloud and reinstalling it to see if that resolves the issue? Sometimes a fresh installation can help. Also, if you could share your system specifications with us, it would be really helpful in identifying the problem and finding a solution for you.

We're here to assist you and make sure you can get back to your work as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

Best regards,
