Illustrator v 27.4.1 keeps crashing - Windows 11

I've been having issues with my Illustrator crashing. It works for a few minutes until I make changes or select an object. It happens at random. I've updated to the latest version and also updated my Wacom Driver. Any ideas of what else could be causing this issue?

My system:
Processor AMD Ryzen 7 7700X 8-Core Processor 4.50 GHz
Installed RAM 128 GB (127 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and touch Pen support

Just to add to that, avoid the two driver releases from January 2023 (6.4.1-3 and 6.4.1-2). The driver from November 2022 (6.4.0-11) is the latest, stable one for the Windows platform.

I deselect the option Enable Wacom in Preferences > Devices, the crashes were reduced, but keeps happening. I also deselect GPU performance in Performance. It looks more stable now.

It sporadically freezes every 5th click or so. I don't have any special drivers or wacom installed just a mouse and keyboard.

My System: AMD Ryzen 3700x; 32gb ram; SSD m.2; GTX 1080; Windows 11.

Are all your drivers, such as the one for the GTX 1080, up to date?

You might want to try and downgrade the Wacom driver. The current one is incompatible with Illustrator.

Thank you! I downgraded my Wacom driver to 6.4.0-11 and this worked!

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
