Thanks for sharing the update. Since signing out and back into Creative Cloud didn’t help, it’s possible Illustrator is not recognizing the app as genuine due to a licensing glitch.
Please try this next:
Close all Adobe apps, then open the Creative Cloud Desktop app. Go to hamburger option(top left) > Help and select 'Check for updates.' Once everything's up to date, click 'Repair' on the red error message shown in your screenshot.
If the issue persists, please let me know your OS version and Illustrator version, and we’ll dig deeper.
