Illustrator vector generation doesn't work because of authenticity

Hi, 
I have an issue with vector generation by Firefly. I have generated many vectors during this day but during the afternoon a bug occured. When i try to generate new content it says me that my adobe app is not authentic... (file in french uploaded)

 

Have you ever heard of this bug ?

Thanks for sharing the update. Since signing out and back into Creative Cloud didn’t help, it’s possible Illustrator is not recognizing the app as genuine due to a licensing glitch.

Please try this next:

Close all Adobe apps, then open the Creative Cloud Desktop app. Go to hamburger option(top left) > Help and select 'Check for updates.' Once everything's up to date, click 'Repair' on the red error message shown in your screenshot.

If the issue persists, please let me know your OS version and Illustrator version, and we’ll dig deeper.

The generation working well since this morning... i don't know why but thank you for your help !

Hello @Pierre Vaigreville,

Could you try closing Illustrator, signing out of the Creative Cloud Desktop app, and then signing back in to see if it helps?

I try to signing out of CC and reopen but nothing happens.. the same message is showing to me.
