Illustrator version 27.1.1 on Wacom tablet crashes in windows 10 when I use zoom tool

Illustrator version 27.1.1 crashes in windows 10 when I use zoom tool; I have a GTX 1650 even so I  uncheked the GPU option and still not working. It just closes down and doesn´t show any message.  What should I do? it keeps crashing and I can not work.

Yes, I use Wacom

@alfredoi95432064 @Giuseppe28161852dpri in my case the solution was rolled back the wacom driver to a previous version 6.4.0-11. You can download that version from wacom website. I hope this work for you.

@Anubhav Mwe are many that report that we have issues with the last wacom driver version, Adobe should check this problem to give right solutions to the users.

Did not work, the program does not show any report option, it just closes.

Ciao, sei italiano ? Ho il tuo stesso problema, potresti aggiornare quì in bacheca la soluzione al problema qualora la trovassi ? Ho addirittura installato la versione 2022 ed il problema rimane, anche con la versione 2021 ...

Hi. Yes, I updated the graphic card just after I got this problem, but it didn´t work.

A new version of Illustrator arrived yesterday, version 27.2, I will try this one to see if the problem is solved, if not I will let you now. Thank you.
