Illustrator version 27.3 or higher does not save to PDF file (bad parameter)

Using a file with a logo that I've always used before, since version 27.3 it starts to show this error of "BAD PARAMATER" when saving the file as a PDF (it doesn't matter the version of the PDF).

above error displayed when trying to save as pdf (a printable tag)

above a part of the logo with complex gradient.

in version 27.1 it works fine by following the same procedure.

Any ideas to keep the version up to date and fix this problem? file is not corrupted (so that in version 27.1 it works fine).

Adobe Launched update 27.3.1 and the error persists! i just save the file without "create pdf compatible" option, and i can´t save as PDF for high-res print.. persists the "Bad paramater" when try to save in PDF (I tried to change PDF versions, 4, 5, 6 7 8 and remains the same error)
