Illustrator Web option missing for some students in Enterprise

Hello!

I started my students on Adobe Illustrator. We have the Creative Cloud Enterprise. About 5 of my students do not have the Web browser option listed when trying to launch the program. We are using Windows laptops. We are using the web option until I am able to secure the admin password to be able to install the desktop version. Their accounts were all loaded through the Adobe Admin site at the same time so I am not sure why it isn't working for them!

Any ideas why or solutions to fix?
