Question

Illustrator won't display the workspace

My version of illustrator will not display any canvases for me to work on. It just shows me past projects, even while actively working on a single project. I have attached a screenshot of what I see when I am in a project. Some help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello @Katlego27979778i2je,

Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear about the display issue you're encountering in Illustrator. I appreciate your efforts in providing a screenshot for reference.

To troubleshoot this matter, let's start by resetting the preferences in Illustrator.

After resetting preferences, relaunch Illustrator and check if the issue persists. This action can resolve certain display-related problems.

If the problem continues, please provide additional info, such as your operating system and Illustrator version. Any further details you can share about your system and the steps leading to this issue would be helpful in diagnosing the problem.

Your patience is appreciated, and I'm here to assist you in resolving this matter. If you have any additional questions or concerns, feel free to let me know.

Best regards,

Hi there! Thank you so much for responding.

I tried resetting the preferences and the issue persists. I am running the program on windows 10 and is the latest version of llustrator. I will provide more screenshots providing information as it may help.

Thanks again.
