Illustrator won’t download due to no space

Hi, my illustrator won't download at all, I have 225 SSD and 1tb D drive, I had it downloaded originally and then deleted as it was in the wrong drive. Since this, it will not let me download at all due to the fact it says no space even though I have 500gb spare, and have changed the download path in the creator app multiple times and still not working.

@dan_5623 try using the Adobe Cleaner, If you just deleted the files, it's likely still in your recycle bin/trash can, you need to make sure it's permanently deleted to free up disk space or else it's still sitting there taking up space.
