Question

Illustrator won't snap to guides?!

This morning my Illustrator won't snap to guides. I've never had this issue before and I have checked my settings, done a reset of the settings, tried to turn smart guides on/off without any luck.

 

What else can I try?

Does it not snap at all? Does it snap somewhere else?

What are you doing? Moving objects around? Creating new ones?

Which guides? Smart guides?

I have set manual guides from the ruler and I can't get a square to snap to them. If I draw a big square - lets say 600x600 pixels and have my zoom to 100% I can get it to snap. But if I zoom in at 400% or if the square is smaller I can't.

Did you turn on Smart guides?
