having the same problems at work. I saw at the GCC site new drivers being availble (recent one) and in their release notes they say the following: (after installing new drivers illustrator chrashes, so no problem is being fixed here. ) tried to delete the windows update but this update won't uninstalled. So for me not an fix sorry.

1.             Problem Fixed

  1. Fix cutter driver crash after install win10(KB5039211)、win11(KB5039212) updates.

I always use my car to drive on the road. It's the same car and I haven't changed anything. But now it won't drive. Can anyone help me?

I'm sorry, but honestly?

Far too little information!

Hello @Jayden38153820i5om,

We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. I hope the problem is resolved by now. If not, would you mind sharing some more details, like the exact version of the OS/Illustrator, details of your workflow, and screenshots / a screen recording of the problem (https://adobe.ly/3W76HUg), so we can investigate this further?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,

Anubhav
