Illustrator -> word label template

exporting from illustrator to word - size/line up issue?

Hello all,

Im trying to create some labels. I have a word template that has boxes for the label paper (the labels are round but from what i understand the square should match up with the circle).

What im having trouble with is getting my images from illustrator into the word template. I have done a export->jpg in illustrator, then insert->image in word but nothing is coming out right. The images arent being placed in the correct spot on the template and i have no clue how to figure out why.

    We need a photo of the printout

    But actually this is the Illustrator forum. Are you sure that you have an Illustrator problem? Word is the app that does the printout, right?
