IllutoqueueS4 plugin error

Recently I've been getting the error message that the additional module IllutoqueueS4 has an error. Illustrator then starts normally.

I have already repaired and reinstalled C++. The iColor plugin is not installed.

I can't find Safe Mode. I have already deleted the profile settings.

Windows 11 operating system has current updates.

Illustrator version is 28.6. The problem also exists with version 28.5. I haven't gone any deeper yet.

I'm glad to hear that using the Cleaner Tool and reinstalling via the Creative Cloud Desktop App worked! If you encounter any more issues or need further assistance, please feel free to reach out. We'll be happy to help.

Thanks for your patience, and take care!

I uninstalled the iColor RipPro software and the issue went away. I then download an updated version of iColor RipPro and installed it. https://www.icolorprint.com/products/upgrade-bundle The problem did not come back.

Hi

I wrote that this plugin is not installed!

With Illustrator version 27.9.5. the error does not occur.

I understand your concern, @christina_0687. Karina has mentioned the location in her reply. Could you please check that location or try searching manually? If you find any files or folders related to iColor or Illutoqueue, try deleting them. This might resolve the issue.

Let me know if this helps or if you need further assistance.

Best,

Anshul Saini
