Hi @nouf24391133m004,

We are sorry for the trouble. Would it be possible for you to share the PDF & AI files with us? We'll check at our end and try to provide you with a working file. Also, would you mind confirming the Model no. of your Macbook air? A screenshot from Apple Menu > About this Mac will do. Thanks!

I will be looking forward to your response.

Thanks & Regards,

Sorry for the delay in response @nouf24391133m004. I hope this issue is resolved by now. If not, would you mind sharing the public link to the files over the DM with me?

Exactly where did you save your file?

What's in it? Text, placed images, effects, patterns, etc.?

Is there a message when Illustrator cannot open the file?

Does the file still open in Acrobat?

Can you tell us the specifications of your hardware?
