Image is being reduced when printed

When printing, the image is being reduced by 1-2%. Gone through the print/page setups and it’s all set for 100%. I’ve used 3 different printers, 2 other computers, updated all the print drivers, uninstalled/reinstalled Illustrator and got the same result. To check the printers, used a different program and got a perfect result. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    When you say “image”, are you referring to a raster (pixel) image or vector elements?

    If raster, does it happen with vector elements that are precisely sized?

    All vector. When testting a 8in stright line, the printed line is 7.95ish.

    I just printed out a 4x8 in box to my Canon printer and it printed perfectly to size. 

    Make sure this is selected in the print dialog box:
