Image Trace - Make & Expand Image dissapears??

Hi

I am trying to make a vector. I place my image in Illustrator > Rastersize > Image Trace > Make & Expand - but when I do this the whole image just goes white & dissapears. Help please???

You may want to change some settings before expanding.

Try Object > Image Trace > Make and choose Window > Image Trace

Thank you.. Gave that a try but the same thing is happening

The default is Black and White, which will probably make your image disappear (the threshold needs a higher value). Did you change that or set the mode to Color?
