Image traced objects lost fill and won't come back

Nembie here, I was working with image traced (vectored?) images and something around clicking on brush strokes made all my black lines go empty. I've tried trying to change the fill and color but cant get it to revert. It also seems to not be effected by the undo command. Here are some pictures of the before and after (2 different saves). Any idea what I did wrong here and how to fix it??
