Images disappear after dragging and dropping to Illustrator

I had trouble dragging and dropping from Photoshop 25 to Illustrator 25, but the last upgrade fixed this.  Now after I drag and drop the image disappears a few minutes later and isn't there after saving.

    Hola, desde el 24 de marzo he tenido el problema que importo capturas de pantalla a la mesa de trabajo de Illustrator, están visibles y luego desaparecen, está el archivo de la imagen pero no se puede visualizar, se mueve un poco o se hace zoom en la mesa de trabajo y se activan nuevamente, además cuando se exporta se pierden unas de estas imágenes.

    Hello @Anita_Trejo2008,

    Would you mind sharing more details, like the version of the OS/Illustrator installed and the folder location where you AI and linked files are placed/saved, so I can better assist you?

    Also, if you are dragging your images into Illustrator, try using File>Place and share your observations.

    Direto tem acontecido comigo o seguinte...
    Crio um arquivo com imagens. Salvo.
    Quando reabro o arquivo, as imagens estão fora do lugar.
    Procurei no Google e não achei nada a respeito.

    Alguém sabe como resolver isso?

    I understand how frustrating this must be, and we appreciate you bringing it up. This issue has been reported by several users, but we haven’t been able to replicate it on our end.

     

    Would you mind confirming if you’re using Illustrator version 29.3? Also, does this happen with all files or only with specific image formats like JPG or PNG? If possible, could you share some sample files where this occurs?

     

    Additionally, your system specs (CPU, GPU, RAM) and a screen recording of the issue would help us investigate further. We’d like to forward this to the product team for a deeper look. Looking forward to your response!
