Importing transparent PNG has weird background IPAD

Every time I try to import a transparent PNG. The background pops up with lines or it looks glitchy anyway to help!!!! it works sometimes, but then it just comes back out of nowhere

    Hello @Skrtisdead,

    Would you mind sharing more details, like the version of the OS/Illustrator, whether Illustrator behaves this way with all files and a sample PNG file, so I can check it on my end?

    Thanks for the reply! I've tried updating the tablet it's on  the newest update and I also tried to delete the app and redownload it and it still has the problem not sure why that happens , but it only happens when I import pictures with a transparent background maybe a Apple version bug
