bonjour malgrer toute les mise a joure faite je ne peux pas installer illustrator

pourquoi?

Thanks for confirming. Would you mind trying to download the Creative Cloud Desktop application directly (https://adobe.ly/3DO482G) and using it to install Illustrator or using a different web browser and checking if it helps?

If the problem persists, kindly share the System Report (https://adobe.ly/4gKcAid) so I can investigate this further.
