impossible to drag and copy

Hi, I would like to inform you that Illustrator, for some version already, has an error for which objects cannot be dragged and copied on perpendicular axes, as if the ALT key or the SHIFT did not work. Or rather, sometimes yes and sometimes not. Has anyone encountered this problem and know how to fix it?
