Artboard presets: add/remove

I realise this has been mentioned before but it blows my mind how this is not a thing. Also the new document presets, recently had A5 added - slow clap for that but what about the rest of standard european sizes? A2-A0 including super variations please. (i realsie you can make/import templates but thats not very streamlined, especially considered how easy it is with, well, every printer dialougue ever.

Also:

What would be very useful is having a 'show artboard #' checkbox in the Print dialouge to reveal artboard number over the artboards. Much better for inputting the right board(s) into the range, it saves having to cancel, click on artboard tool and print again. 

Could go one further an allow hand navigation of the doc while print dialogue is up.
