In illustator my Graphs is not formating like colors size resize etc.

Would you mind trying to reset Illustrator's preferences as described in this article (https://adobe.ly/4hGpSwh) and checking if it helps?

Disclaimer: Please note that renaming preferences folders will remove all the custom settings, and Illustrator will launch with default settings. You can also save a backup of the folders, the location of which is mentioned above.

If the problem persists, kindly check if Illustrator behaves this way with all files and share a small screen recording of your workflow and the problem so I can check it on my end. Also, try installing an earlier version of Illustrator (https://adobe.ly/4hFCVxF) and share your observations.
