In the illustrator v30.6 non-proportionate size is not working. Give me a solution regarding this.

Our team has tried to fix this in Illustrator (beta) 30.8.0.7, and it should be available in the next general release. Please try installing the latest Illustrator (beta) and let us know how it goes.

Meanwhile, please use the dedicated Transform panel or the Properties panel as a workaround.

Are you seeing this problem with rectangles? Or is the non-proportional sizing not able to work on all objects? On my system I’m only seeing the issue affect rectangles. I am able to do non-proportional sizing on those kinds of objects in the Shape panel.
