Incorporate 3d element into 2d print design

Hi, I want to design a 2d print poster with 3d element on it (something like attached). I created the 3d element using Effects> 3d  & Materials. How do I save the image so it's ready for printing? Thanks!

    Check the necessary ppi and the file format with your print provider.

    Set up the quality you need in the 3D  materials panel (Raytracing options)

    Ser the resolution in Effect > Document raster effects settings 

    Export the file format - probably a PDF

    Set up the necessary pixel resolution . Set up the necessary transparency flattening (watch out for the resolution there as well)
