Incorporating Real-Time Data Like Gold Rates into Adobe Projects – 6 May 2025 Example

Hello Adobe Community,

I’m currently working on a creative project that involves integrating real-time economic data—specifically commodity prices—into infographics and motion content. One such element I’m focusing on is the gold rate in Pakistan which as of 6th May 2025, stands around PKR 360,000 per tola for 24K and PKR 308,650 per 10 grams.

As designers, we often deal with static visuals, but there's a growing demand for dynamic, data-driven visuals in both print and digital formats. I’d love to hear from others who’ve incorporated financial figures or time-sensitive statistics into Adobe apps like Illustrator, After Effects, or XD.

  • Have you automated any processes to update these figures visually using plugins or scripts?

  • Any tips for maintaining visual consistency while dealing with changing numbers?

  • How do you approach designing for regions where currency values and gold rates are culturally and economically significant?

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts or seeing examples of how you tackle live-data design challenges in your creative workflows!

Thanks,

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
