Increase the range of the bleed

Hey
I'm trying to age the range of the bleed over 2.45 cm and for some reason it doesn't allow me, I'd appreciate ideas how to change to10 cm?

What version of AI are you using? In the past the maximum has been 1inch (2.54 cm). Don't know if that's been changed.
