Increasing 3D wireframe density

Made a 3D shape with the revolve tool. Turned it into a wireframe. Anyone know how to increase the density of the wireframe with more lines? Thanks

I think the only way is to fake it with revolving a quarter of a circle with the Classic 3D Revolve.

Map a Symbol containing a grid and use Draw Hidden Faces and Invisible Geometry.
