Increasing The gap in paths

I'm new to illistrator I take PNG line drawing and trace them to SVG to 3 D print through Tinker Cad and Tinker cad does not see the thikness of the stroke it see the gap in the path.

I need to increase the Gap in the path any suggestion?

Those are closed shpes? Effect > Path >Offset path. Afterwards you need to expand Appearance or just export as SVG, then the effect gets expanded as well.

I have tried the offset path and I land up with this whe I import it to Tinker Cad

That is what happens when you do not show a complete image. Still not clear what you need to inrease.
