Incremental Arrows are missing next to transform tool in AI CC 23 Macintosh.

I recently updated my AI and the arrows next to the transform tool are missing. I use these to resize objects without having to type in the new dimensions. How do I get these back?

Do you mean the Bounding Box is missing? View menu > Show Bounding Box may help.
