InDesign - edit embedded PDF with Illustrator

Hi all,

I'm using an iMac with Adobe CS 6, and am working

on a document in InDesign with an embedded PDF file,

I wanted to edit the PDF via 'edit with ..[Adobe Illustrator]',

which is working, but instead of opening Illustrator in a new Thread

(I've already a running process of Illustrator in the background)

it opens a whole new Process of Illustrator and my actions and scripts are not loading.

(Also CTRL + C and CTRL + V are not working as well in the new Process)
