Inner Glow effect is not reflected after exporting SVG file

I have created a circle with inner glow effect. After exporting the Image as SVG, the circle becomes flat without effect. But in 2020 I have created another file of same type. That SVG file contains several cicles with different color to maintain the effect.

What is the solotion?

If you want an effect to stay inside an SVG, ust the SVG-effects from the effects menu.

The 2020 file has not been made with an effect, but with a blend.

I have exported the SVG from .ai file. Same thing is happening for Dropshadow effect.

And then you open the SVG in Illustrator again?

That wouldn't be a good idea. SVG is a one way road in Illustrator, because it's not a native file format. Your work file should always be AI.
