Install issue

Hi all, when trying to install illustrator, once it gets to 84% it just says download failed. I have done this many times and I know I have enough space. Any ideas?

If not, kindly share some more information, like the exact version of the OS, screenshots of the error message, and system logs collected using the Log Collector Tool (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html), so we can investigate this further.

Without any system info we can't tell you much. Start by referring to this:

Troubleshoot Adobe Creative Cloud install issues with log files

 

Anything more will require proper details, including ideally the relevant sections from the install logs.
