Insufficient memory was avalable to complete the operation on CS5 Illustrator

this message comes up whenever i try to open one specific file.

any suggestions as to how to fix it?

my Graphic card is Quadro K620 if it is connected in any way.

Facing same problem in exporting menu. I am making JPEG of 2000px * 2000px file and having same problem.

Illustrator CS5 is a 32 bit application. So insufficient memory could well be the cause.

What happens if you create a new document and File>Place the (PDF contents, if any, of the) file?

I believe there may be file corruption, or something else hindering things.

I should have mentioned that the file opens in other computers at work,

meaning this is only a problem with mine.
