Hi,

 

Would you tell me what Interlaced: Download in multiple passes?

 

I exported a png file with and without tick and see no difference.

This is a legacy feature from a time when internet bandwidths were much more limited. These days you simply don't notice anymore unless you are on the slowest imaginable connection or you produce a 20000 x 20000 pixel image or something like that.
