ColliderScribe by Astute Graphics is a good 3rd party solution. It does all sorts of cool things.

urn on all the options in the Smart guides preferences then grab the circle by the point that you want to snap and then press Cmd (Ctrl on Windows) while moving the circle.

Your solution works but there is problem, When zoom in to maximum point to check the work, precision is lost. How can I understand this?

Do you perhaps have snapping to pixels or snapping to grid turned on?

But even if not: these things unfortunately do happen.

Maha,

You mean beyond Smart Guides witht the right settings, ClickDragging the third circle by the desired point (Anchor Point or wherever on a segment) to snap to the intersection of the other two (saying intersect when you are within snapping distance), see under Set Smart Guides preferences,

Make sure you have Snap To Grid and Pixel Preview off.

If either is on, Smart Guides will fail to guide you, however smart they are.

I want to snap third circle with the intersection point of two circles, Smart Guides do not work here.  I wish to know, is there any 3rd part application to do this?
