Intertwine objects are rasterized as low resolution image in indesign and acrobat

How can you keep intertwine objects vectorized outside of illustrator?

Currently only if you expand or flatten the objects.

Thanks Ton for the quick response ! The thing about saving as Acrobat 8 doesn't work for me though …

That is correct, none of the PDF settings prevents rasterization.
