Invalid Ratring
Hi Adobe Community,
I'm reaching out to ask for advice or assistance regarding a review we received on our Adobe Marketplace listing.
We recently received a negative rating from someone who is not a customer of ours. Our plugin is clearly described as requiring an active customer account to function — this is stated in the plugin description. Unfortunately, it seems the reviewer did not read the description before installing, and their feedback is not based on actual use of the product as intended.
We are proud of our plugin and work hard to provide value to our customers. This rating unfairly affects our standing and misrepresents the plugin to other potential users.
Does anyone know the correct process, contact, or department at Adobe to request removal of such a review? I understand it's sometimes difficult to get in touch with the responsible team, so any guidance or escalation paths would be greatly appreciated.
