ipad illustrator keeps crashing when opening file

ipad illustrator keeps crashing when trying to open file. I've updated my ipad to 16.4.1, updated both my creative cloud and illustrator app on my ipad, retarted my ipad, logged out and logged in again to both apps, tried opening other files, but nothing works.... does anyone know how to fix this problem?
