Ipad not allowing restore from illustrator subscription

I recently purchased Illustrator and have been using it on my Mac over the last few days.  I now need to use it on my iPad and have installed the app and logged in successfully.  However, it's asking me to subscribe.  I have hit 'restore your purchase' but I get an error that says 'Restore failed Restoring of your purchase is not possible at this moment.'  Any advice pls?

I'm sorry to hear this is happening. Please make sure your iPad software is up to date; uninstall / reinstall the Illustrator app on your iPad, and log out and log back in. If that doesn't help, please reach out to Adobe support: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html
