Is Adobe Illustrator 2018 still available?

Hi,

I am using Adobe Illustrator 2021 but need to get 2018 back to use a plugin I've purchased from a third party. I've looked around in the CC App but can't find it anywhere. Is 2018 or any versions prior to 2021 still available at all?
