Is Find Font Broken?

I just discovered that Find Font is no longer working in there latest version of Illustrator CC 2019.

And it's not just my computer. Several of my colleagues are having the same issue.

At first, I thought it was just one file that was an issue several other files and no luck. So I opened a brand new file, typed some default text and went to Type > Find Font. There was a slight blink in the middle of the document, then nothing. The Find Font window does not open.

Can others please test to see if this is a bug?

The problem seems to be the latest version of Suitcase (20.0.3). I quit Suitcase and Find Font works fine.

Just checked 23.0.1 and Find Font was working with this older version. The problem seems to be just in 23.0.2 (the latest version).
