Is illustrastor support DELL with Nvidia RTX A4000 or RTX A5000 or Geforce RTX 3090?

I will buy DELL and they have graphic card as follows:

- NvidiaRTX A4000, 16 GB GDDR6, 4DP

- NvidiaRTX A5000, 24 GB GDDR6, 4DP

- NvidiaGeforce RTX 3090, 24 GB GDDR6X, 3DP, HDMI

I check your Nvidia card support list but DELL doesn't have any model in your list.

Could you please confirm that illustrator can support all above graphic card model?

If not, could you please provide the recommend graphic card of new Nvidia model?

I have a Nvidia RTXA4000 and the 2024 update of Illustrator is sending me an error message that the driver is unsupported. I can ignore the issue, but it's very annoying. And I don't understand why isn't it supported.

Hi @JeffDee,

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with Illustrator. Could you please confirm your OS and try updating Illustrator to version 29.0? Also, could you share your system details, including CPU and RAM? Also, please share the screenshot of the error message.

Additionally, it would be helpful if you could provide the Ai Sniffer file located at the following path:

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator <version> Settings\<locale>\x64
