Is it posible to export swatches from illustrator to photoshop?

I have just created some color and gradient in Illustrator Swatches. Is it posible to import this illustrator swatches to photoshop?

You can export them as .ase files. Photoshop can import them.

Keep in mind that not all swatches are supported (e.g. gradient or pattern swatches).
