I have three lines in separate layers. I want to move the line with green edge while blue & red edges are visible and should not move. Is it possible? I am asking this to solve another issue & here I have simplified the issue. Video is attached.

In Outline view you could see the paths.

You could also just view individual layers in outline view.

You're welcome. If you want to see a single layer in outline view you can Ctrl+click (Mac: cmd+click) the "eye" icon in the layers panel.
